What do I do if I forgot my SC password?

In case you forget your Seller Center password, follow the steps below:

  1. Click "Forgot Password" in Seller Center login page


  1. Input email address then click "Send New Password"
  2. Look for the "Reset Password" email in your email inbox. If you are unable to locate the email, check your spam or promotions folders
  3. Click on the link provided in the email
  4. Input new password then click "Save"
