Can I submit duplicate claims? Will submitting multiple claims for the same case increase my chances of getting compensated or will it speed up the claim process?

  • Unfortunately, "No". Double/multiple claims will all be rejected. More claims actually slow down the resolution process.
  • By attaching proper evidence e.g. photos of item’s condition, product packaging, and proof of delivery, these will expedite the investigation process and more accurate assess to your claim. With sufficient evidence, the chances that you will a compensation will be greatly increased.
