How do I submit a Return Dispute Claim form?

1. Prepare the following documents:

  1. Carrier manifest (with driver’s signature)
  2. Shipping label of the order from the Seller Center
  3. Picture of an example of packaging of a similar product
  4. Picture of parcel when accepted from 3PL
  5. Picture of shipping label on the returned package (white sticker on the parcel)
  6. Picture of comment on the delivery note when damaged parcel accepted from 3PL
  7. Picture of product + package if product damaged

2. Complete the Return Claim form

After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email with the subject: LAZADA: Reply Dispute Return Product.
