If I receive a damaged return, what do I do?
- As indicated in the Lazada seller agreement, all return items must be accepted.
- If return item was damaged, we advise you to submit a "Return Claim Form" in "Submit a request" on Seller Support Center. We will investigate the issue further.
- Lazada will investigate your request, it takes an average of two weeks lead time.
