Why do I receive penalty?

"Penalty" is imposed when you did not fulfill an order within 24 hours or when you failed to follow the Lazada's agreement.

Penalty is imposed to ensure customers experience and satisfaction. You will receive an email notification with details of your penalty if applicable.

If you have any questions, you may reach Lazada Partner Support Center at (+66) 2-0180-200 or submit a fee dispute form in "General Form" on Seller Support Center. We will investigate the issue further.
