What do I do when an item is returned?

You will receive a form with the item indicating the return reason. Based on Lazada seller agreement, all returned items must be accepted.

If you would like to address a concern with the returned item, we advise you to submit a "Return Claim Form" in "Submit a request" menu on Seller Support Center. 
Lazada will investigate your claim case, which takes an average of two weeks lead time.
