To improve your seller rating, please follow the below procedures

  1. Lead time - check pending orders regularly, pack and ship orders within lead time (48 hours) since received that order
  2. Cancellation rate - monitor available stock and update stock level in Seller Center regularly
  3. Returns - ensure that the product is authentic, brand new and in perfect condition, product information reflects the product condition, product is packed according to packaging guidelines to prevent damages
  4. Sale order is over 90% of total order Level
  5. New assortment is higher and increases every month
