To improve your seller rating, please follow the below procedures
- Lead time - check pending orders regularly, pack and ship orders within lead time (48 hours) since received that order
- Cancellation rate - monitor available stock and update stock level in Seller Center regularly
- Returns - ensure that the product is authentic, brand new and in perfect condition, product information reflects the product condition, product is packed according to packaging guidelines to prevent damages
- Sale order is over 90% of total order Level
- New assortment is higher and increases every month
