What do I do when the product the customer has purchased is out of stock?

In case that you were unable to fulfill the order due to out of stock, we advise you to cancel the order immediately in Seller Center.

Click "Cancelled" and select cancellation reason "Out of stock-Product".

Commission, payment fee and cancellation penalty (300 THB/item) will be charged from "Out of Stock" cancellation reason.

To avoid cancellation due to out of stock, regularly update your product stock level.
