My order was cancelled after I have shipped my items, what happens to my items?

The failed delivery items will be returned to Seller’s shop within 7-14 working days or within 45 days for returned orders (from customers).

If you have not got the product within the specific lead time, please reach Lazada Partner Support Center at (+66) 2-0180-200 or submit a request by filling one of these suitable forms.

1.) Late/incorrect order status dispute form for failed delivery product  or,
2.) Return dispute claim form for return product
