What is Lazada's customer return policy?

      There are 2 types of return product as follow:

1. Return product due to customer changes his/her mind.

2. Return product due to product’s satisfaction guaranteed.

Customer can return product within 7 and/or 14 days after item was successfully delivered. You can check whether your product falls into criteria of return policy by clicking this link and then click ‘Return’.


     If you wish to return product, please fill & submit the ‘Return Claim Form’

     If you have inquiries about the product, please fill & submit the ‘General Form’ or contact Partner Support Center.
