How do I arrange pick-up with the 3PL?

Picking up will automatically be scheduled and arranged on the next working day once the item has been tagged as "Ready to ship" before 4 pm. 


Tracking number will be automatically generated and no manual input is necessary.
If the driver does not come to pick up on the next working day, you may reach Lazada Partner Support Center at (+66) 2-0180-200 or submit a request to us by filling in a "General" form in "Submit a Request" on Seller Support Center. We will investigate the issue further.
