How do I arrange pick-up with the 3PL?

Once status has been updated to “Ready to ship”, pick-up will be scheduled on the following day.

Remark: after clicking "Ready To Ship", seller should print shipping labels and pack parcel(s). All items can be shipped out on the same day.


Tracking number will be automatically generated and no manual input is necessary.
If the driver does not come to pick up on the next working day, you may reach Lazada Partner Support Center at (+66) 2-0180-200 or submit a request to us by filling in a "General" form in "Submit a Request" on Seller Support Center. We will investigate the issue further.
