What do I do if I forgot my SC password?
In case you forget your Seller Center password, follow the steps below:
- Click "Forgot Password" in Seller Center login page
- Input email address then click "Send New Password"
- Look for the "Reset Password" email in your email inbox. If you are unable to locate the email, check your spam or promotions folders
- Click on the link provided in the email
- Input new password then click "Save"
