How come I am not receiving notifications from Seller Center?

First, check email correctness. The email you will receive all notification is the email you registered with Lazada. 

If you are using the registered email address, check for your other available folders such as spam or promotion folder.

Second, check if your notifications are turned on or off.

If you still do not find any notifications sent, you may reach Lazada Partner Support Center at (02) 018-0200 or submit a request to us by filling in form in "Submit a request" menu on Seller Support Center.
