Why can’t I scan the barcode with my mobile device?

First of all, you need to check your device if it can scan the other barcodes.

If it worked properly, please report the issue to Lazada Partner Support Center at(02) 018-0200 or submit a request to us by filling in a General form in "Submit a Request" on Seller Support Center. We will investigate the issue further.
