Q2: Where can I find Business Advisor?

Log in to Seller Center, and click on Business Advisor on the top navigation bar, right next to your Shop Name.

Q3: What can I see in Business Advisor?

You will see a Dashboard tab and Product tab in Business Advisor. The Dashboard tab gives you an overview of your performance, while the Product tab gives you full details on an SKU level. Please visit Lazada University for a step-by-step tutorial on how to use the tool.

Q4: What should I do with Business Advisor?

  • Breakdown your annual targets into daily targets and monitor your daily performance against these targets
  • Constantly monitor your products and make changes to maximise your sales such as
    • Stocking up on popular products
    • Joining campaigns, using Sponsored Products to get more traffic
    • Improving product description/content or using bundles/vouchers to increase conversion
    • Matching competitor prices
    • Increase assortment for popular brands/categories/types of products

  1. Why do I see dashes or empty fields for some date selections? Why does page views data and conversion rate look different from what I used to see in Analytics Portal?

Traffic data (page views, conversion rate, visitor) is only available since December 2017. This is due to an update of tracking methodology to account for pageviews across different colors/sizes in the same product detail page.

  1. How can I get a complete set of my SKU data?

You can export data for 2000 SKUs at once. If you need more data, please apply Category/Brand filters to export data in batches.

  1. When is data refreshed?

Data (except for lowest price comparison data) is refreshed every morning. Eg. After 9am on 2 Jan, you should be able to start viewing 1 Jan data.

  1. What does lowest price refer to? How frequently is it refreshed?

Lowest price indicates lowest price of the same SKU on other platforms outside Lazada, wiith adjustments for differences in warranty, discounts and attributes. The comparison price is refreshed daily for popular SKUs and within a few days to a week for other SKUs. Data is populated as of the previous day, not real-time.

  1. Why do I see the same item appearing multiple times on my Product Ranking?
    Data is at SKU level, so for the same item with different colors/sizes, you will see multiple listings.
  2. How far back can I go with date selection?

You can choose from:

  • Yesterday
  • Last 7 Days
  • Last 30 Days
  • Day selection: Any day in last 90 days
  • Week selection: Any week in last 14 weeks
  • Month selection: Any month in last 13 months
