Guidelines on Answering the Questions 

  1. Inquiry from customer can be found in seller’s inbox with subject: Lazada Customer [Cust name] asked about [product name]
  2. Inquiry from customer should be replied in 12 business hours (09:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday – Friday)
  3. Seller should answer all customer inquiry related to product (description, how to use, warranty, stock availability, etc)
  4. For other inquiries (how to order, delivery information, payment method, etc), Seller can follow the guidelines in FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions). Seller can copy and paste the answers from FAQ to answer customer inquiry
  5. For other inquiries that seller can not answer, seller should direct customer to Help Center at Contact Form http://www.lazada.co.th/contact/ OR Contact Customer Service Contact Number: (66) 2018 0000 Working Hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm

  • How to order?
  1. Choose the product you want and proceed to checkout
  2. At Email Login step, enter your email address and choose "Continue without password"
  3. Enter your delivery information and choose your payment method
  4. Place your order & select your delivery options

Payment

  • Can I order using Cash on Delivery (COD)?

For product that is available for COD, it will be displayed “Available for COD” mark on the right side of the product or below the product depending on the platform you used. For more info, click here

  • How to pay using Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Customer pick COD method when checking out and the payment will be paid to delivery courier when delivering the package to address. For more info, click here

  • Can I pay using certain payment method? (COD, credit card, installment, etc.)?

  • How long is the delivery estimation?

Delivery estimation time can be seen on the right side of the product (desktop/tablet) or below the product (mobile) depending on the location picked. For more info, click here

  • Do you offer Express delivery options?

Lazada does offered “Express Delivery” to certain products. For more info, click here

  • Can the package be delivered on certain day/ scheduled?

  • How much is the shipping fee?

  • How do I return my product?
