If the Inconvenience Returns Penalty is mistakenly charged, what do I do?

If 300 THB penalty fee was charged due to following reasons;

1.) Wrong Goods (wrong color, freebie, model, different from website)
2.) Used Goods (Incomplete, unsealed package, 2nd hand goods)
3.) Expirng/Expired Goods (at least 150 days before expiration date)
4.) Missing Parts (incomplete parts, missing freebie)

Reasons above are reported by customer. If the reason reported was not correct, please fill out the "Return Claim Form" form to further the investigation.
